British boxer Tyson Fury (36) has denied reports in some media outlets that he is returning to the ring.

The former world heavyweight champion announced his retirement in January.

Fury's announcement of retirement came just 20 days after Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk defeated him by unanimous decision in their rematch in Saudi Arabia.

However, in recent weeks there has been speculation that Fury could return to the ring to fight Anthony Joshua.

"I hear a lot about a return and I ask the question. For what? Why would I come back? For more boxing belts? I've won 22," he wrote on social media.

"I'm happy, satisfied with what I've done, what I've achieved, I've been around the world and back, and here we are."

This is what retirement looks like for the "Gypsy King". Not bad. I'm in no hurry to go back to boxing and get punched in the face for what? What would I come back for? I'm retired and I'm staying retired. I have nothing to prove to anyone and I have nothing to come back for," he said.

Will he return to the ring?

There was a lot of talk about his return, and various theories appeared in the media. The British fighter left a huge mark performing years ago. However, it seems that Fury has somewhat different plans in the coming period, therefore, there is no doubt that interesting things await us.

Tyson Fury is a man who knows how to surprise with his decisions, because he is known as a person who sometimes likes to manipulate the public, wanting to achieve his goals. It is not known whether he will do the same this time, but it seems that the experienced boxer does not want to return to the ring.

Fans are eager for new young blood, hoping that the future holds some more beautiful stories for the world of boxing.
