During his podcast, TNA World Tag Team Champion Matt addressed the interesting topics of the wrestling scene. Hardy and his brother Matt left an indelible mark in the world of wrestling.

Throughout their careers, they encountered various obstacles, met many people and had incredible experiences. Their unique style, charisma and quality are the reason why this tag team has such a large fan base.

“We loved interacting with people. We met so many people who had just followed us since their childhoods. So many people came through and they said, like, ‘You know, you guys are part of pop culture now.’ And that’s one thing that is cool. We’re hearing that more and more as time goes on, because not only are we wrestlers who have had these pretty amazing runs, especially as a tag team, as a very standout tag team over different decades."- he said as quoted by Pwmania.

Style

The famous wrestler believes that their style was influential, putting the accent on Jeff and his persona. They had a huge influence on all generations, and are probably the reason why some decided to start their wrestling careers.

"You know, we’ve been influential with style, and just people feeling comfortable to be themselves because they are who they are. Especially with Jeff and and his whole persona. So it’s very cool that we have kind of transcended generations. And there’s a lot of people that just recognize us as people from pop culture, which is very cool and interesting.”

This duo was a pioneer in the introduction of acrobatic and extreme style in wrestling. Their matches in the late 90s and early 2000s were truly iconic, and there are many who remember with nostalgia some such as the one with the Dudley Boyz and Edge & Christian teams.

Hardy and his charisma are also the reason why some people fell in love with this sport.
