Daniel Ricciardo is a well-known name in F1, often surrounded by speculation about his future. Fans wonder where the Australian might continue his career, especially given his inconsistent performances at Red Bull. In a recent interview, the 35-year-old reflected on his upcoming race in Singapore, hinting that it could be his last in F1.

Ricciardo stressed that the world of Formula 1 is unpredictable, and any scenario is possible. Once a rising star at Red Bull, he experienced a sharp decline in his career. However, he has made a comeback, determined to reestablish himself as a top driver.

What surprised many was the uncertainty about whether he would even remain with his current team. Ricciardo admitted that he has been part of this sport for a long time and understands that any option could become a reality.

"I don't think so, but I also don't want to stand here and be the lawyer," Ricciardo told media if Singapore would be his final race.

"I would say no [it won't be], but we also know how this sport works and people have not seen through a season before so it is nothing new.

But I don't want to be like: 'Oh, 100% I'll be my house on it], I've been around too long."

Daniel Ricciardo recently shared his thoughts about the specific nature of Formula 1. He admitted that he’s not really sure what the future holds for him. He joked about how, if he were to land a podium finish this weekend, he could suddenly become one of the most talked-about drivers in the sport.

He emphasized how quickly things can change in F1, comparing it to a merry-go-round where the situation can flip in an instant. While he recognizes that the competition is heating up, he knows that he needs to stay focused and do his best this weekend. His aim is to really perform well and show everyone what he’s capable of.

Daniel Ricciardo made his Formula 1 debut in 2011 with the HRT team. He joined Red Bull Racing in 2014 and quickly became known for his exciting driving style. During his time there, he scored three wins in 2014 and consistently finished well in the championship.

However, his journey hasn’t been without ups and downs. Fans often debated whether he deserved his spot on the team. Some weekends, he would shine, showcasing his skill, while other times, he struggled to keep up. Despite these difciculties, Ricciardo's charisma and determination kept him in the spotlight, making him a favorite among fans throughout his career at Red Bull.

The Australian driver is still skeptical about what the future holds for him. Throughout his career, he’s faced many obstacles, so he’s cautious about being overly optimistic. While it’s clear that Ricciardo has a few options for next year, it’s not certain whether they’ll be in the world of F1.

Despite the tough moments he’s experienced, Ricciardo is trying to stay positive. He knows that in racing, things can change quickly, and he’s focused on making the most of whatever opportunities come his way. His perseverance and resilience have always been part of what makes him such a special figure in the sport.

"My first expectation is about next year, and obviously, I can't give away too many details, but in terms of a contract, our dates come into a window now," he said, as reported by Racing News 365.
