For a long time, we haven't seen a fight like this in the NBA, which really lost control at the very start. At the end, as many as seven participants of the match were excluded from the match!
The Minnesota Timberwolves beat the Detroit Pistons 123:104 last night, but the entire match was forgotten when it comes to basketball moves.
Why? Well, the "Bad Boys" are living in Detroit again, at least that's how it looks after last night's chaos that was caused in Minneapolis.
A big fight started after Naz Reid was fouled on a layup, and other basketball players immediately got involved.
However, everything escalated incredibly quickly, and within a minute the entire staff of both teams was on the court trying to separate the basketball players.
The epilogue for everyone was as many as seven exclusions in this match.
Detroit had to continue the game without head coach J.B. Bickerstaff, and players Isaiah Stewart, Ron Holland and Marcus Sasser.
On the other hand, Minnesota had to continue without Naz Reid and Donte DiVincenzo, and assistant coach Pablo Prigioni.
Bickerstaff reacts
After the match, the coach of the Pistons, Bickerstaff, standardly defended his team.
"This is not something we want to see happen. Also, I have to say I'm proud of my guys," Bickerstaff said, adding:
"They defended their place on the field and they had each other's backs. Those are things we all agree on in the locker room."
It is obvious that in Detroit they have found a way to revive their franchise, which is the return of the identity that adorned this team in the 1980s in the NBA.
The Bad Boys are back with some new faces and new protagnos, and that's just what Detroit is.
Certainly, the NBA league, especially in the modern format, does not want to see teams like this, so it will be interesting to see the reaction of Adam Silver.
