Many were eagerly looking forward to the Mr. McMahon docuseries, not knowing what to expect from the documentary. Once the main man of WWE, Vince McMahon has been a hot topic in wrestling circles for a long time, and his appearance in such documentaries draws a lot of attention. In one part, Vince decided to open up about his personal life, mentioning that everyone has a specific image of him. He pointed out that people don’t have a clear picture of who he really is and tend to form opinions based on other things. The ex head of WWE knows himself well, likely aware of everything he has built and what goals he had when he first entered the wrestling world.

“What’s my legacy? You know, I don’t have one. Everyone has a certain feeling about who they think Vince McMahon is. People really don’t know me at all. A lot of people have confused who my character was on television and who I am. When I look in the mirror, I know who I’m looking at. I know the reflection. Sometimes the lines of reality or fact and fiction are very blurred in our business"- he said, as quoted by Pwmania.

McMahon stressed that in wrestling, the lines between reality and fiction can get very blurry. Sometimes, performers begin to believe in their own characters and lose touch with their true selves. McMahon shared that he’s even questioning which part is the character and which part is him, suggesting that it might be a mix. He thinks one side could be a bit exaggerated, but he isn’t entirely sure which side that is.

McMahon expressed that some might see it as hypocritical for him to say he doesn’t hurt others while doing what’s best for himself. He acknowledged that when someone comes after him, he doesn’t think they have the right to do so, even though they technically do. Ex WWE boss pointed out that what he says often differs from what he really thinks, and that the public may not always understand this. As a businessman, he believes it’s important to put ideas out there, even if it doesn’t reflect his true feelings, as it helps shape the way people think.

A well-known figure in the wrestling scene wants to convey that all the scandals surrounding him and the situations in wrestling don’t truly reflect who he is. However, people create a specific perception based on all of this.

Vince McMahon and scandals

WWE is a company with a history, and it's clear that it has always been about entertainment. In many situations, McMahon likely exaggerated events to present them in a different light. A lot has happened in the company over the years, but McMahon has always been interesting to many because of his unique character and the role he played. Only after his departure did many things come to light, especially regarding his management style. While it was known that McMahon held significant authority, no one realized that the WWE boss sometimes crossed boundaries. He often reacted strongly to wrestlers, instilling fear in them, and some couldn't handle that kind of pressure.

Vince McMahon has been accused of abusing a female colleague and organizing trafficking within his company! According to information from Wall Street Journal reporters, the victim is named Janel Grant and has filed a lawsuit against McMahon. She allegedly signed a nondisclosure agreement regarding the case in 2022, for which she was guaranteed three million dollars. In her lawsuit, she states that she was paid one million dollars and that there have been no further payments since then. Therefore, she is seeking to have the agreement annulled and is requesting damages in an unspecified amount.

McMahon allegedly also asked her to create "personal content" to convince a well-known wrestler to sign with his company.

"The suing party did not name the wrestler but described him as a UFC fighter and WWE talent, and those close to the case identified the wrestler as Brock Lesnar (46), one of the biggest names in WWE."

Grant decided to share much more, admitting that there were times when McMahon assaulted her and that many things happened in his office. In addition, he sent her explicit messages, but she recorded her screen when those messages came through. The former WWE boss allegedly paid many amounts to keep them silent about everything that occurred. However, after all of this, many have chosen to speak out openly and share their side of the story. It’s unclear what the future holds or what will happen with this case, but McMahon is certainly not in a good position.
