We had a little too much fun. My best man Lombardi, Matt Lombardi, he’s the engine tuner on the 8 car [RCR] he gave a hell of a speech but we all collectively had a little too much fun."

“I got the chance to meet with him before my first year started, spend some time with him. We were down in Daytona before the 500 a year and a half ago. Me, him and Bubba [Wallace] were talking something about speedway racing,” Reddick said.
“I can’t even remember what I said, but he turned to me and said, ‘Man you don’t have any room to talk. You’re terrible at speedway racing.’"
Reddick described how Michael Jordan took a playful shot at him, which caught him off guard. He mentioned that Jordan and Bubba Wallace like to joke around, and Jordan’s teasing was part of that fun.
