One of the former symbols of the Baltimore Ravens and the most accurate kicker in the history of the NFL, is no longer what he once was. The league officially suspended 35-year-old Justin Tucker for the first ten weeks of the regular season, and the reason lies in the serious accusations that surfaced in the public.

According to the statement, the suspended player is currently without a contract, but still has the right to train with teams and take part in pre-season games before his suspension takes effect on August 26. He can return to the field from November 11, if he signs with a team.

The allegations rocked the league

Tucker is accused of ******* harassment by 16 masseuses from eight spas around Baltimore between 2012 and 2016, when he was still at the beginning of his career. The organization from Maryland terminated its cooperation with him on May 5, while the investigation was still ongoing.

The reactions of the public and actors were stormy. "I don't think that's enough," said one of the therapists.

"He got 10 Sundays, and we will deal with this for the rest of our lives."

Another adds: "It's nice that we were finally heard, but the punishment, as he says, is the minimum of the minimum."

His agent, Rob Roche, said: "We are disappointed in the NFL's decision. Justin has always tried to conduct himself in a way that would make his family and community proud. He stands by his previous statements."

The player himself did not admit anything: "The accusations are unequivocally false" and labeled everything as "desperate gossipy sensationalism".

Tucker, a seven-time Pro Bowl participant, had the worst season of his career; as many as 10 missed shots, with a percentage of only 73.3%. That dropped him to 31st among kickers last year.

Until this affair, he was the last active member of the 2012 Super Bowl championship team.
