The UFC lightweight champion is going to return sooner than most people think. Quite interestingly, Khabib Nurmagomedov recently indicated a green light for the January slot. He couldn’t reveal more but wants everyone to know that the UFC will disclose Islam Makhachev’s return in greater depth.
The next title challenger is most probably going to be Arman Tsarukyan. The previous encounter was a thrilling mix of grappling and striking – it will be interesting to see how well both fighters have evolved if or when they lock horns in a rematch.
