The former UFC fighter Kevin Lee has been out of the fight game for quite a while after facing a devastating defeat against Rinat Fakhretdinov. It was an explosive 55 second knockout. After more than a year and a half, Kevin Lee will be stepping inside the MMA cage at the Lights Out Championship against Thiago Oliveira on 28th September.

Now, Lee comes back to competition with determination and is excited to display his fighting in a new promotion.
Lee's return is once again highly anticipated as fans are interested to see how someone as seasoned as him responds after a tough loss and long time off from activity in a cage. Kevin Lee contemplated retirement thoughts but still felt that he had a lot to prove so he’s pushing brakes on calling it quits.
The Lights Out Championship event will give Lee a chance to show his resilience and gain some momentum in his career.
With a supportive date and a point to prove, there is excitement that this event could be another knee in the ladder back into MMA elite competition for Lee's career. As we head into the event, all eyes will be on Kevin Lee’s return.
