Conor McGregor expresses confidence about his return in 2025, in it’s exactness he doesn't know when or who he's fighting but wants everyone to know that he will be fully ready when the opportunity shows up. As far as preferences are concerned, Conor McGregor would prefer facing Michael Chandler for his comeback fight.
Michael Chandler is scheduled to lock horns with Charles Oliveira for a rematch – a win will either get him the title fight or a McGregor fight.
Conor McGregor says he’ll be fighting in 2025 and says “he must” get at least two fights in next year.
He also says he hopes to fight Michael Chandler upon his return:
“I’d like it to be Chandler… I wish him well against Oliveira”.

In a recent interview with Arial Helwani, Conor McGregor spoke a little about his return and expressed his urge to fight Michael Chandler only.
“One thing is for sure,” Helwani said, as quoted by mmajunkie.usatoday.com. “Whenever it is and wherever it is, I will be 100 percent ready. That’s all I can focus on right now. It is what it is, I just take it on board and just rock on.
My job is to just go to the gym, be in the gym, be in shape”.
