Hungary's Orbán says election of new EU Commission 'neglected' the desire for change

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said the previous European Commission was unsuccessful and it's not clear the new Commission will be any different. "I try to support the Commission as much as I can, but being a rational man, I think we neglected the desire of the voters for change," he told CNBC's Steve Sedgwick at the Ambrosetti Forum.
