After Brock Purdy, the San Francisco Fortnighters extended the contract with the main defensive linebacker Fred Warner.

After the spring training and cleaning of the staff, serious signings followed. Primarily in terms of money. First, Brock Purdy's contract was extended, and now Fred Warner's new contract has been signed, making him the highest paid linebacker.

Warner signed a three-year contract worth $63 million. Of that, 56.7 million are guaranteed. With an average salary of 21 million dollars per year, Roquan Smith from Baltimore jumped on the list of the highest paid linebackers.

Warner has been a member of the Fortiners since entering the league in 2018. In seven seasons, he has 569 tackles, 10 sacks, the same number of interceptions, six fumbles and two touchdowns. He was selected four times for the Pro Bowl and in the best lineup of the league.

Nick Sirianni signs a contract

Nick Sirianni led the Philadelphia Eagles to a Super Bowl victory against the Kansas City Chiefs. Because of this, he was rewarded with a new contract.

Sirianni entered the last year of his five-year contract, and the two-time Superbowl champion did not want to risk losing the coach who brought him a championship ring and already signed a multi-year contract.

- As an organization, we always strive to create a champion culture of permanent success. In this, there is no more important thing than leadership. Nick embodies everything we look for in a head coach and has shown that since he arrived four years ago. His authentic leadership style, football intelligence, passion for the game helped us get the best out of the team. I'm excited about what the future holds for the Philadelphia Eagles - wrote owner Jeffrey Lurie.

This club has huge hopes for him.

This will be his first time becoming an NFL coach, and he already had the chance to work as part of the offensive staff of the Kansas City Chiefs. In addition, he did the same job at the San Diego Chargers. The last engagement was the offensive coordinator of Indianapolis from 2018 to 2020.
