Good Guy/Bad Guy with Daniel Cormier & Chael Sonnen was an opportunity for the controversial figure in the sport to share his thoughts on Jey Uso, who won the Royal Rumble. Uso has impressed the WWE public with his qualities and focus, but of course, not everyone was delighted with his rise. CM Punk, known for his specific views, once again shared some interesting opinions. Punk was not quite happy with Uso' success, which caused a backlash, given his often critical nature.

“I think Jey winning is fantastic. When you have somebody in there like John Cena that everyone is going to immediately assume, “LOL Cena is going to win.’ Earlier in the night, Charlotte [Flair] wins the women’s Royal Rumble. When there are 30 people in the Rumble, male or female, that is 30 fanbases, at least 29 fanbases, that are going to converge and hate whoever wins the Rumble.”- he said, as quoted by Pwmania.

Jey Uso had a lesson for the haters who were not happy with his victory. He points out that they don't know what he goes through and how much effort it takes to get to the top.

"That's them, Uce. That's them. That's your opinion. You don't strap my boots every week. You're not on the road every week. All the bumps, handshakes, the side stepping no one sees. Early flights and rental cars. We're not traveling with security guards. I'm in the trenches like everybody else.
