Alex Pereira wants to fight at middleweight after he's done facing Khalil Rountree Jr on 5th October at UFC 307. Pereira is firmly fixated on fighting Dricus Du Plessis; he would like to do so even if he loses against Khalil Rountree.
Dricus Du Plessis was quick in his response and said yes to the call-out immediately. It will be interesting to see if the UFC approves this match up.

Alex Pereira took the time to address the following to Dricus Du Plessis: "I am focused on my next fight and I am going prepared but you never know what can happen so regardless of the result I want to go down one more time to the middleweight and go for the belt.
